SUCCESS!!!
Our first Save Our Shack fund raising event was a great success. The block party, held April 12, 2008, raised approximately $2,000 after expenses. In addition, we received monetary donations of $1,500. This money enables us to begin planning the work needed to restore the Nocatee Cabin at Jiggs Landing. We thank everyone who helped make the block party a success: the Society members and volunteers who made it happen, all those who attended, and all of the sponsors and donors who so generously donated items.
